What’s happening?

• August 15, Saturday: Our first ACS Family Mass of the year at 4:30pm, followed by the back to school BBQ hosted by the ACS Dad’s Club in the parish hall. All school families are invited to attend! 
• August 31, Monday: ACS Community Prayer at 2:20pm in the parish hall led by the 8th grade. This is a date change from August 24.
• Sept. 4, Friday: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Please pack your student a snack and water bottle.
• Sept. 7, Monday:  No school, Labor Day holiday.

Coming up!

• Sept. 9, Wednesday:  Picture Day with Dorian Studios. Purchase info will be provided soon. Individual and class pictures will be taken starting after Mass.  K-5 students please wear royal blue school polo shirts. Girls wearing the plaid jumper must wear the approved white blouse underneath. Only school approved hair accessories. No face make-up.  8th graders wear light blue polo. Please check the ACS uniform code if you are unsure or call the office.
• Sept. 11, Thursday: All school rosary at 2:20pm in the church.
• Sept. 20, Sunday: ACS Family Mass at 8:30am
• Sept. 25, Friday:
  • Ride the Tide Fun Run fundraiser! More information to come!

After School Care and Extracurricular Activities

• Aftercare is available each full school day until 5:30pm. Please visit our Extended Care info page for details.
• Afterschool Extracurricular Clubs:

  • Wednesdays: Art Angels Fall and Holiday Sessions 2 Classes offered by grades. K-3 and 4th -6th. Session 1 9/30-10/28.  Session 2 11/4-12/9/ $200 per child per session. 3:15-4:30pm.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Safe Environment Training required for all volunteers:  Please visit our Volunteer Info webpage to learn how to start/renew your Volunteer Certification and learn how to download the MobileServe App to volunteer and to record your service hours. 
• Help Needed – Volunteers for lunch duty needed from 11-1pm daily. Visit MobileServe to sign up and enter your service hours. Your help is needed so please come when you can. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student!
