Tuition, Fees & Assistance

Tuition and Fees

Annunciation partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management for tuition and fees billing. All school families are required to have an active Blackbaud Tuition account. Blackbaud charges a yearly registration fee of $50 in your first billing month. All families receive monthly billing alerts via email. Along with tuition, all school fees including aftercare, field trips, book fines, and team athletic fees are billed through Blackbaud Tuition Management.

New Families

New families to Annunciation must enroll with Blackbaud Tuition Management by June 1 for the 12-month payment plan, or July 1 for the 10-month payment plan, semi-annual and annual plans. If you choose the annual plan with full payment due in August, your $50 account fee is waived. Please visit Enroll with Blackbaud and select Annunciation or use our Blackbaud School ID 12118.

Returning Families

Returning families are automatically re-enrolled into the same payment plan as the previous year. Please login to your existing Blackbaud Tuition Account if you wish to change your payment plan, banking or credit card information or your monthly payment date. Note credit/debit cards should be reviewed for expiration dates and you are responsible for updating your card information on your account. Expired cards will result in failed payments and additional fees.

If your financial circumstances change requiring an adjustment to your monthly payment, please contact Lynn Schwartz in the school office at lschwartz@acsphx.org or call (480)361-8234. Account adjustments must be made 3 business days prior to your due date so call as soon as you can. Blackbaud Tuition Management customer service can help with payment and account questions as well.

Other School Tuition Organizations

Parents are encouraged to apply to more than one tuition assistance program to help cover their tuition expense. There are many other STO's authorized to provide these funds to our students. The 2017 AZ Department of Revenue Certified School Tuition Organizations list is available HERE. This list contains the names and contact information for all STO's. Your school may accept tuition dollars from any of the listed organizations. There are some STO's that will provide different levels of funding depending on the special circumstance of the student (e.g. support services for a disability). Please refer to the particular STO’s website for any questions you may have about their parameters involving special circumstances. If the website does not have the information you need, call the organization directly.

STO's frequently used by Annunciation parents:
Arizona Tuition Connection
Arizona Private Education Scholarship Fund
Arizona Leadership Foundation
Catholic Tuition Support Organization
Arizona Community Foundation
Arizona Education Scholarship Foundation
Institute for Better Education (IBE)

Further assistance may be available to those with special financial circumstances through your parish.
Please contact the school office if you have questions about tuition assistance.
