What’s Happening?
October 29, Friday: BOOK FAIR STARTS TODAY! ACS students & families love shopping at the Book Fair!! Get some early Christmas shopping done or find a gift for that special someone.

October 30, Saturday: Trunk or Treat following Mass at 4:30 p.m. All are welcome to enjoy all the decorated cars and pick up a treat or two. Read the Trunk or Treat flyer attached for more details. The Wild West book fair will be open from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Please visit the book fair.
November 2, Tuesday: AHG (American Heritage Girls) meeting today in the Ministry Building from 3:30pm – 5:00pm followed by a parent meeting at 5pm.
November 3, Wednesday: Dedication Mass and Blessing of the New Church 5 p.m. We will start Mass in the current Church. All are welcome.
November 3, Wednesday: No daily school Mass. We will celebrate together on Friday.
November 5, Friday – Grand Parents Day and All Saints Day –
8:15 – All School Mass (No school Mass on Nov. 3) No free dress. All students in ACS uniform. 8th graders in light blue polo.
9:15 – Parade of Saints – Kindergarten
9:30 – Meet some Saints – 1st grade
9:45 – Refreshments for Grandparents & Special Guests; students return to classrooms
10:30 – Grandparents/Guests visit classrooms and shop at the book fair
12:00 – Dismissal for students
November 9 & 16 Book Study: Real Women Real Saints led by Mrs. Jennie Cullen. See the attached flyer to purchase the book. Sign up on Mobile Serve and earn 1 hour of service.
November 10, Wednesday: Veterans Day Celebration; 8:15 a.m. Mass, Flag Ceremony and blessing of Veterans, outside memorial flag raising. See Invite attached.
November 10, Dine Out Fundraiser at Phalt BBQ dine in, take out – all sales percentage comes back to support ACS. See attached flyer.

November 12 & 13 Our Lady of Joy Christmas Bazaar 9 am – 4 p.m. Over 60 vendors, food and drink, many Christmas decor and present ideas. flyer attached.
November 12, Friday: $1 Free dress for 8th Grade Flagstaff Trip. Please adhere to non-uniform dress guidelines found in the handbook and ACS website. Thank you in advance for supporting our 8th Grade fundraising.
December 16, Thursday: ACS Christmas Concert in the new church. (Previously scheduled on December 15, Wednesday.)
High School News – Brophy College Preparatory Open House Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021 • Noon-4 p.m.
