Online report cards for grades 4 – 8 will be available via the Family Portal after dismissal today. Students in K-3rd grade will be bringing home paper report cards today.
What’s Happening?
November 9 – 16, Tues – Tues: National Junior Honor Society members are collecting coins again for the Tokens for Turkeys drive for St. Vincent De Paul. See attached flyer for details.
November 9 & 16, Book Study: Real Women Real Saints led by Mrs. Jennie Cullen. See the attached flyer to purchase the book. Sign up on Mobile Serve and earn 1 hour of service.
November 12 & 13, Our Lady of Joy Christmas Bazaar 9 am – 4 p.m. Over 60 vendors, food and drink, many Christmas decor and present ideas. flyer attached.
November 12 – 30, See’s Candy Fundraiser: Orders accepted now through November 30. See form attached. It is that time of year again for our holiday See’s Candy fundraiser! A little something yummy for you, plus you help out our school by shopping! Please make checks payable to Annunciation Catholic School.
November 19, Friday 6 – 9 pm – Advent Wreath Decorating Party – Come share the joy of the season at our Advent Wreath decorating party. $45 per family includes wreath, candle stand and Advent candles. Register online only at https://annunciation.schoolauction.net/acsevents/g/adventwreath
November 15 – 22,Sock Religious Fundraiser Stock up on fun Catholic socks for family, friends, yourself, and of course the kids!!!!! There are more socks now than ever and shirts and stickers are now available!!!! The homeroom class with the most sales will get a pizza party sponsored by the Catholic Identity Committee. And don’t forget, we have several days throughout the school year for students to wear their Saint Socks! Support our school while getting amazing quality, artistic, faith filled gifts for yourself and loved ones!!!!

Coming up:
November 23, Tuesday: Annual Thanksgiving Feast lunch (provided by an ACS family) for all students and staff. Blue Willo lunch has been cancelled for the day. If your student does not eat turkey, mac n cheese, stuffing, etc., please pack your student a lunch.
November 24, Wednesday: Noon Dismissal. No aftercare provided.
November 25 – 26, Thursday, Friday: No school. Happy Thanksgiving. Have a blessed

January 28, Friday: ACS Night at the Phoenix Suns Game! Join us for the Suns vs. Timberwolves game, discounted tickets include special access to watch pregame warm-ups courtside. Christmas Decorations Needed!
As we prepare to celebrate Christmas and decorate our homes with beautiful decor, please consider donating or lending your unused and/or no longer needed Christmas decorations such as artificial trees, wreaths, non-glass ornaments, lights, Christmas projectors, oversized red bows (for the fences), oversized hanging ornaments (for the trees), etc.We are planning to decorate the school for the Christmas season and your items will be greatly appreciated as they will add festivity, joy, and color to our beautiful school. For loaned items, please write your name on painters tape or masking tape, and stick the tape to the item.Please drop off at the school office. Thank you!
