Congratulations to Grant in the 8th grade and Ella in the 6th grade, who took 1st and 2nd place respectively in our school Spelling Bee today! Grant will represent ACS in the Diocesan Spelling Bee in January! Great job to all who participated!
What’s happening?
- December 7, Sunday: ACS Family Mass at 10:30am followed by Faith and Family Hour with Fr. Declan Gibson in the parish hall. Childcare in the school for ages K-8.
- December 8, Monday: Holy Day of Obligation. Mass at 8:15am. Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
- December 8 & 9 (Monday & Tuesday): St. Gabriel parish Eucharistic parish mission with Fr. Declan Gibson with the Most Holy Eucharist Foundation. Starts at 6:30pm in the church.
- December 8, Monday: Pajama Drive begins! Be on the lookout for Black Friday sales for our annual Pajama Drive! Donations will be received up until the Christmas Concert Day, Dec 18. See below!

- December 17, Wednesday: Catholic Identity Meeting open to all parents. Starts at 9:15am in the parish admin 2nd floor.
December 18, Thursday: Annual All School Christmas Concert “Tidings of Comfort and Joy” at 6:30pm in the church. Students must arrive by 6:10pm. Student attire is guys in ties, girls in their holiday best! Parents, please see email regarding appropriate attire for students sent home today.
Please note: There will be no aftercare on Thursday, December 18. All students must be picked up at normal dismissal time.
- December 19, Friday: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Christmas break begins!
- January 5, Monday: Classes resume.

- Crazy Cool Science Club is coming to ACS for K-5 students and will meet on Mondays from 3:15-4:15pm. Runs from Jan. 12 – May 11, 2026. $250 per student .Register today!
- Sign up today for Art Angels Spring Session Mrs. Cullen on Wednesdays starting February 11!
- Sign up for the winter session of Play Well TEKnologies offering Minecraft Engineering using Lego’s on Thursdays from 3:15-4:15pm, starting January 15- March 5, 2026.
- Chess club with Chess Emporium is back! All grades are welcome. Register online for the next session! Beginning on January 21 through April 29 (no class on April 8).
