Every Friday we post the “Weekly Update” so you know what is happening in the coming weeks of school.
What’s Happening?
- Tuesday, August 12: Middle School Curriculum Night at 6:30pm in the parish hall.
- Wednesday, August 13: No Mass today due to Holy day on Friday.
- Wednesday, August 13: K-5 Curriculum Night at 6:30PM in the K-5 classrooms.
- Friday, August 15: All School Mass at 8:15am. Holy Day of Obligation – The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
- Saturday, August 16: ACS Athletics Sports Physicals from 9am – 12pm. Please rsvp with the school office if you haven’t already. First come first serve and be sure to download the athletics physical forms.
- Saturday, August 16: Back-2-School BBQ at 5:30pm hosted by the ACS Dad’s Club. All school families are invited to attend!
- Sunday, August 17: School Family Mass at 10:30am at St. Gabriel church.
Coming up!
- Friday, August 29: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Please send your student with a water bottle and snack.
- Monday, September 1: No school, Labor Day!

Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
To fulfill your service agreement please visit our Volunteer Info webpage to learn how to start/renew your Volunteer Certification and learn how to download the MobileServe App to volunteer and to record your service hours.
