The 8th grade class had a great trip to Flagstaff yesterday. Thank you to all who supported them with donations via the many free dress days, cookie and brownie sales and Photos with Santa! Special thanks to all of our wonderful chaperons including Fr. Chad, Youth Minister Erik Ochoa, Nurse Stephanie Raiff, Olivia Raiff, Mike Snozek, John Luke, Ms. O’Keeffe and Mr. Elijah!

What’s Happening?
April 13, Saturday: Evening Under the Stars: Polynesian Paradise starts at 5:30pm. Visit our ACS School Auction site to view the items and bid online! We appreciate all who gave of their time, talent, and treasure to make this event possible. All funds raised go to support our students and our campus. We look forward to a wonderful evening!
April 15 – 26: ITBS testing. Please make every effort to have your student at school with a good night’s rest and hearty healthy breakfast.
April 19, Thursday: Field Day Noon – 3pm Sign up to be a Field Day Volunteer Parents are welcome and encouraged to participate.
April 21, Sunday: St. Gabriel’s Parish Picnic! Join us for food, games and fellowship right after the all school Mass at 10:30am. RSVP now!
April 24, Wednesday: Kindergarten Parent Orientation for incoming Kinder in 2024-2025 at 10am in the parish social hall. Evites have been sent out.

April 30, Tuesday: Community Prayer led by the 1st grade class. Fruit of the Spirit is Gentleness. Held in the Parish hall at 2:20pm
May 1, Wednesday: May Crowning. Held in the church during 8:15am Mass. All are welcome.
May 10, Friday: Monthly Rosary led by kinder with their 8th grade buddies. Held in the church at 2:20pm. All are welcome.
May 17, Friday: 8th grade graduation. 1pm Mass followed with the graduation ceremony. Reception to follow for 8th grade class and family.
May 21, Tuesday: Community prayer led by new Student Council officers. Held in the Parish hall at 2:20pm.
May 22, Wednesday: Kindergarten Promotion for Class of 2032. Invitation will be sent out separately.
May 23, Thursday: Last day of school. Noon dismissal.
Summer programs!
Saints Camp at St. Gabriel’s June 24-28 (M-F) for students entering grades K-6 in the 2024-2025 school year. Cost $50 per child, family max of $150. - If you have not completed your Volunteer certification, please visit our Volunteer Service web page for complete information. This must be completed before you can volunteer.
- Download the Mobileserve App! Signup for volunteer opportunities and is used to track all volunteer hours. Parents, please create an account. Instructions are attached. With your account, you’ll be able to view and sign up for events at the school.
- URGENT: We need volunteers for lunch duty April 15-26. Lunch duty opportunities are available at Mobile Serve. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student! Plus, we need your help!
