We had a great field day! Thanks to all of our volunteers and Ms. O’Keeffe for planning this fun day!
What’s Happening?
April 21, Sunday: All School Mass and St. Gabe’s Parish Picnic. Mass starts at 10:30am. All are encouraged to attend. The picnic begins at noon. There will be lots of fun things for the kids including a magic show, face painting, an egg hunt, and a bouncy house! The school playground will be open for all to enjoy. There will be hot dogs, hamburgers & chicken on the grill; a cash bar, games for people of all ages, and a live DJ & dancing. Lunch will be in the parish hall. Please RSVP for the picnic today! Come on out and share this fun day with us!
April 24, Wednesday: Kindergarten Parent Orientation for incoming Kinder in 2024-2025 starting at 10am in the parish social hall. Evites have been sent out.
April 26, Friday: Talent Show in the parish hall @ 1pm
April 28, Sunday: ACS Mother Son event at Bowlero near Scottsdale and Mayo Blvd from 2-4pm. Visit this link to RSVP by April 23
April 30, Tuesday: Community prayer led by the 1st grade class in the Parish hall at 2:20pm. Fruit of the Spirit is Gentleness.
May 1, Wednesday: May Crowning will take place during school Mass at 8:15am. All are welcome!
May 8, Wednesday: The ACS Spring Concert takes place at 6:30pm in the parish hall. Students should arrive by 6:15pm. Student attire is guys in ties and girls in their Sunday best!
Coming Up
May 10, Friday: Monthly Rosary led by kinder with their 8th grade buddies in the church at 2:20pm. Join us!
May 15: Wednesday: 8th grade class luncheon at 12pm in the parish hall for the 8th grade students and the middle school staff.
May 17, Friday: 8th grade graduation. 1pm Mass and graduation ceremony. Reception immediately following in the parish hall for the 8th grade class and family.
May 21, Tuesday: Community prayer led by new Student Council officers. Held in the parish hall at 2:20pm.
May 22, Wednesday: Kindergarten Promotion for the ACS Class of 2032 at 1:45pm in the parish hall. Reception following immediately afterwards. Invitation will be sent out separately. 8th grade buddies are welcome to attend!
May 23, Thursday: Last day of school! End of year awards ceremony at 11 am. Noon dismissal.
Summer programs!
Saints Camp at St. Gabriel’s June 24-28 (M-F) for students entering grades K-6 in the 2024-2025 school year. Cost $50 per child, family max of $150. Register for Camp today!
Camp Invention is coming to ACS this June! Please join us June 17-21. Register for Camp Invention 2024. Email Mrs Cullen if you have any questions – jcullen@acsphx.org

ACS Volunteers: We appreciate all of our ACS volunteers.
- If you have not completed your Volunteer certification, please visit our Volunteer Service web page for complete information. This must be completed before you can volunteer.
- Download the Mobileserve App! Signup for volunteer opportunities and is used to track all volunteer hours. Parents, please create an account. Instructions are attached. With your account, you’ll be able to view and sign up for events at the school.
- URGENT: We need volunteers for lunch duty April 22-26. Lunch duty opportunities are available at Mobile Serve. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student! Plus, we need your help!
