We wish all our Mom’s and Grandmother’s a happy Mother’s Day! We hope to see everyone at the 10:30am school Mass this Sunday!

We have an exciting last 2 weeks of school ahead of us….

What’s Happening?

May 10, Sunday: All School Mass at 10:30am.
May 11, Monday: Student Council speeches and election of officers for 2026-2027 at 2pm in the parish hall.
May 13, Wednesday: 8th grade lunch and pep rally. Last day of school for our graduates!
May 15, Friday: 8th grade graduation at 1pm in the church. Reception to follow in the parish hall for all 8th grade families.
May 18, Monday: ACS Community Prayer at 2:20pm in the parish hall. New student council officers will lead the prayer.
May 20, Wednesday, 1:30: ACS Talent Show!
May 21, Thursday: Kindergarten promotion at 1:45pm in the parish hall. Reception to follow. 8th grade buddies are welcome and encouraged to attend!
May 22, Friday: LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!
- Student awards at 11am.
- Early dismissal at 12pm.
- Students begin summer break!

ONLINE ENROLLMENT is due May 18 – Your student’s online enrollment is due by May 18! If you haven’t completed yours, please check your email for more information, or login to the Family Portal and click on enroll/reenroll to get started!

School supplies for 2026-2027 -Simplify your life! Purchase your school supplies from Edukit now for the 2026-2027 school year! Edukit provides your ACS teacher required student supplies in a kit delivered to your student’s desk for your review at our Back-to-School Open House on August 3. The deadline to order is June 12. If you would rather purchase your own supplies, check out the required student supply lists on our school website!

Summer Camps at ACS: ACS Summer program and camps for June and July are being planned and updated! Check it out!

Student Tuition Organizations scholarships for 2026-2027

With the increase in tuition next school year, we encourage all families who need assistance next year to please apply to Catholic Education Arizona by the August 21 deadline for round 2 funding.

Apply to Arizona Leadership Foundation starting on April 15 – June 17. See the links below.

If you wish to have friends and family donate their AZ tax liability to your student specifically, please apply to Arizona Tuition Connection, IBE, AZPESF or STO4Kidz. There are many others as well, just Google Arizona Tuition Tax Credit scholarships to find more.

Catholic Education Arizona – Apply now through August 21 for round 2 awards.

Arizona Leadership Foundation – Application period opens on April 15- June 17, 2026

Arizona Tuition Connection – Enroll now for 2026-2027

STO4Kidz – Opens April 18- June 1, and again Nov. 1 – Dec. 1.

Arizona Private Education Scholarship Fund – Application opens March 1

Institute for Better Education (IBE) – Applications open on May 16, 2026
