What’s Happening?

• April 30, Saturday: ACS Family Field Night (5:30pm – 7:30pm) Dads Club welcomes all ACS families to celebrate spring and another wonderful year at Annunciation. Volleyball, basketball, and soccer games for kids and parents, light food and refreshments with family fun. If you’re attending tomorrow, please park in the southwest lot near the school and admin building. RSVP and indicate what food or drink item you’ll be bringing via this event page: https://annunciation.schoolauction.net/acsevents/g/familyfieldnight  (Follow these steps: a.) In the “donation” field, please click on $0. b.) Enter the item you will be bringing to share. c.) For payment type, from the drop down box, click Smart tuition and your RSVP will be received.) Food will be set and served in the ACS Pavilion. If your family is attending 4:30 mass, feel free to drop off your food items in the pavilion prior to going to the church. 

• May 4, Wednesday:  Kindergarten Orientation Class of 2031 in the Ministry Building at 10:00 am – 11:30am.
• May 2-6, Mon-Fri:  Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week: Morning breakfast, sweet tooth, mid day snack and luncheons for our teachers and staff.  See attached flier for more details. 
• May 6, Friday:  Student Council Speeches are due.  Noon dissmisal. NO aftercare. Teacher professional development.
• May 11, Wednesday:  Spring Concert at 6:30pm in the Parish Hall.
• May 16, Monday: St. Gianna Molla presentation with Mrs. Cullen and Pro Life Ministry.  Learn about this beautiful saint and her works with Pro Life.  Earn a service hour.  Presentation will be 6:30pm-7:30pm in Mrs. Cullen’s classroom 
• May 18, Wednesday: Annunciation Catholic School celebration of the Class of 2022 graduation at 1:00 p.m. in the Church.  All students and families are welcome.
• May 27, Friday: Student Awards Assembly in the Parish Hall.  Noon dismissal.  Final day of school year 2021-2022.

Future Happenings:

August 10, Wednesday:  First day of school 22-23.  Noon dismissal.  No aftercare.  (Aftercare will commence on August 11, 3-5:30pm)
