What’s Happening?

February 5, Saturday: NDP Casino Night invites past, present and future NDP parents as well as the community to join NDP for a fun night of fellowship and fun.  Please see the flier for details.
February 6, Sunday: Scout Sunday American Heritage Girls.   Scout Sunday recognizes the contributions of young people and adults in Scouting.  Please join us at 8:30 am Mass for a special blessing for our American Heritage Girls (Girl members, please wear AHG Class A Uniform).  Please also join us after Mass as they serve donuts with the Knights of Columbus.

February 12, 13, Saturday and Sunday:  St. Vincent de Paul, Vibrant Vinnies, Knights of Columbus, and WINGS are having an Under Clothing Drive in the south parking lot of St. Gabriel’s after all Masses.  Please donate any NEW MEN’S  t-shirts, socks, underwear/boxers.  All items must be new!  Thank you in advance for your generosity!

February 16, Wednesday:MOD Pizza dine-out  at 5355 E Carefree Hwy, Building D, Suite 101 Cave Creek, AZ 85331 !  Bring the attached flyer or order online through the MOD app or website and use the provided coupon code and MOD will donate 20% of your bill to support ACS!

Job Opening:  ACS Aftercare Supervisor:  Must be 21 or older. Responsibilities include supervising students, recording their attendance, maintaining a safe environment (inside and outside), verification of parent pick up and sign out of student(s), and securing building at the end of shift.  Time commitment:  M-F 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. (or until the last student is picked up.) when school is in session.  Please contact Sharon Pristash (spristash@acsphx.org) for pay information and additional details.

Community Events:

Our Lady of Joy:  February 12 – Wine & Craft Beer Festival in OLOJ Social Hall at 6pm.  Hosted by OLOJ Knights of Columbus, a charitable evening benefitting the Diocese of Phoenix seminarians and Annunciation Catholic School.  Purchase tickets for Wine & Craft Festival.  Thank you in advance for supporting the OLOJ Wine & Craft Beer Festival and ACS!  Please view the attached flier.

Blessed Sacrament PreK and Kinder 22-23 registration is open:  All families with children ages 2 years – Kindergarten learn about our classrooms, curriculum, teachers, affordability, and Christ centered environment.  Registration information is now available on our website: https://bscaz.org/school/.  See also attached flier.
