Hello ACS Families,

Here are your updates for the week ending, Friday, May 21, 2021:  

What’s Happening?

• May 24 (Monday): Community Prayer at 8:10 a.m. in the pavilion.  All are welcome.  Led by the 2nd grade.
• May 24 (Monday):  Middle School Information (incoming 6th graders) meeting at 3:15 p.m. in Ms. O’Keeffe’s room.  Parents only.
• May 25 (Tuesday):  6th Grade International Day 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. in Ministry building.  Parents are welcome.
• May 25 (Tuesday): Notary on campus from 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. This is for your transportation of minor and Public Affidavit forms for school year 2021-2022.  A sign-up genius is coming soon.
• May 25 (Tuesday):  Entrepreneur Club – Last Hooraah 3:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.   Use this link to sign up:  Sign up genuis.
• May 28 (Friday): End of year student awards (K-7th). 11 am in the church. All are welcome to attend.  If your child is receiving an award, you will be notified in advance.  (8th grade awards were presented during graduation.)  
• May 28 (Friday): Last day of school – Noon dismissal.  No after care.

• June 21-25 – VBS registration at St. Gabriel’s is open.  Attached is the registration form.  Contact Patrick Klein with any questions childfaith@stgacc.org

Enrollment for school year 2021-2022 – a link has been emailed to one parent to complete the online enrollment. You can also just log into your Family Portal and under Family click Enroll/Re-enrollment. You must complete re-enrollment for each student(s).  No fee is due. Deadline is May 31! 

Edukits student supply kits are on sale now! 

Order your student school supplies for the 2021-2022 school year! Early bird pricing until June 15. Visit Edukit-Annunciation today! Stay out of the heat and out of the stores and get your students school supplies delivered to their classroom prior to the first day of school. All items were selected by our teachers, so you get name brand, quality items.

School Store:

• The ACS Spirit Store will be open today from 2:45 p.m.-3:30 p.m., and every Friday at this time going forward!

ACS Volunteers:

• Lunch duty- May has open slots.  4 days left!  Please sign up for Lunch Duty via Mobile Serve. Thank you for your assistance.
