Blackbaud Tuition Management

Annunciation is partnered with Blackbaud Tuition Management (BTM) to service our families tuition and billing accounts.  All new families are required to register for an account.  There is a $50 annual account fee due to Blackbaud each year.

BTM provides online access to your account, 24 hour customer service and flexible payment options. Most school fees and purchases will be billed to the account if the account is in good standing.

All families are responsible for their balance each month regardless of scholarship status.  If a grace period is needed, please contact the school office at least 3 business days prior to the payment due date.

Each year your account will be rolled over automatically keeping the same payment schedule and payment account information. Please be sure to update your payment method if your banking information changes or your debit/credit card expires to avoid a missed payment late fees.
