What’s happening?

• March 6 & 9, Friday and Monday: No School. Educator Day Meeting on Friday for teachers.
• March 11, Wednesday: Kitchen Training at 6pm for all parents who wish to help in the parish hall kitchen for any school events. Be sure to get your Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and provide a copy to the school office.
• March 13, Friday: 7th grade class presents Live Stations of the Cross at 2pm. Don’t miss it! They will repeat it again at the evening parish stations at 5:30pm.
• See’s Candy Fundraiser! Get your loved ones delicious chocolate treats for Easter! Order now through March 20. 
• March 14, Saturday: ACS Monte Carlo Gala de Joie at Grayhawk Golf Club. Book your sitter now and get your tickets to this fantastic evening of fun!

• March 22, Sunday: ACS Family Mass at 10:30am.
• March 25, Wednesday: Feast of the Annunciation! We celebrate our feast day with a pancake lunch for all students and staff. Volunteers will be needed! Visit our Signup Genius to help. All volunteers must have their Safe Environment Training completed.
• March 27, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
• March 28, Saturday: The Annual Daddy & Daughter Dance. 6:30 – 8:30pm, ACS Outdoor Pavilion. Click the link to order tickets here.

• March 30, Monday: Community Prayer led by 2nd Grade at 2:20pm.
• April 2, Thursday:
  • ACS Field Day, more info to come. Volunteers will be needed.
  • Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare.
• April 3, Good Friday: No school.
• April 5 is Easter Sunday!
• April 6 – 10, Mon. – Fri.: Easter Break no school. Classes resume on Monday, April 13.
• April 13-24: ITBS Testing for grades 3-8 from 8:15am – 12pm. Class testing schedules will vary. Good sleep and a healthy breakfast is important especially during the testing weeks. The majority of tests are done the first week but some classes will have testing into the 2nd week. All students should arrive on time. Morning appointments should be rescheduled to avoid missing the testing period.
