What’s Happening?

• February 20, Friday: End of Term 2. Report cards will be available at the end of next week.
• February 21, Saturday: St. Gabriel’s WinGS (Women in Gabriel’s Spirit) is hosting their Lenten Women’s Retreat Living a Full Life of Grace see below for details and signup information.

• February 22, Sunday: School Mass at 10:30am, followed by the Faith & Family Hour in the parish hall. Don’t miss the presentation: Protecting Your Children in a Digital World, presented by Retired FBI agent Patrick Cullen. Childcare provided for kids aged K-8. If you think you know what is happening online, think again!

• February 24, Tuesday Nights Adult Faith Formation Lent 2026 with Fr. Chad. Relational Prayer – Do you want to hear and recognize the voice of God? Have you ever wondered how some people claim to hear God speak to them? Don’t miss it! 6pm- 7:45pm 2nd floor Admin building D.
• February 25, Wednesday, Park and Adore! Available all Wednesday’s during Lent- Plan some quiet adoration time in the chapel for yourself. Add your student’s name to the clipboard in the chapel by 2:45pm and they will be brought to meet you in the chapel at dismissal.

• March 2 & 3: Monday and Tuesday: Attend the St. Gabriel Parish Lenten Mission with special guest Dr. Mary Ruth Hackett at  6:30pm in the parish hall. RSVP at the link provided.
• March 6 & 9 (Fri./Mon.): No school. Teachers in-service meeting on Friday.
• March 7, Saturday: Get your running shoes ready for the 17th Annual Nun Run hosted by the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration. This fundraiser supports the wonderful sisters in their mission. Don’t miss it! Click the link to learn more about them and to register.
• March 14, Saturday: ACS Monte Carlo Gala de Joie at Grayhawk Golf Club. Book your sitter now and get your tickets to this fantastic evening of fun!
• March 27, Friday: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
• March 28, Saturday: The Annual Daddy & Daughter Dance. 6:30 – 8:30pm, ACS Outdoor Pavilion. Invitations will be sent in mid-February. 
• April 2: Thursday: Field Day and early dismissal! Event details to come!
• April 3, April 6-10: Easter Break, no school.
• April 24-26: The ACS School Musical “The Lion King Jr” will be performed Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday matinee. Tickets will go on sale soon!

WE NEED YOU!

Safe Environment Training:  To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET).  Please go to CMGConnect.  Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.

Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
