What’s Happening?
- February 13 & 16, Friday and Monday: No school, Presidents Weekend!
- Feb. 14 & 15 (Sat. & Sun.):
- The Knights of Columbus clothing donation drive after all Masses. The drop-off will be in the south parking lot.
- Catholic Chats with Deacon Matt. Immediately following all Masses in the parish hall. Bring your family! All are welcome. Quick chats about how to grow as a disciple during Lent.
- February 18: Ash Wednesday. Ashes distributed at 8:15am Mass. If you can’t make that, there is liturgy of the word and ashes at 12pm and Mass with ashes at 6pm.
- Starting on Feb. 18: Park and Adore on Wednesday afternoons. See below! Spend a little time in adoration and your child will be brought to you in the adoration chapel at dismissal.

- February 20, Friday: 8:00am – 12:00pm ACS Library Open House and Book Sale in the school library hosted by our library volunteers. Parents are invited to tour the library, check out books for their children, and shop our used book sale. Proceeds will help fund new library projects and resources. We’ll be serving coffee and pastries. Books will be available 4 for $1 (cash only). Swing by after drop-off or before early dismissal. Hope to see you there!
- February 20, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. First Friday of Lent.
- February 22, Sunday: School Mass at 10:30am followed by the Faith & Family Hour in the parish hall. Don’t miss the presentation Protecting Your Children in a Digital World, presented by Retired FBI agent Patrick Cullen. Childcare provided for kids aged K-8.

- February 24, Tuesday Nights Adult Faith Formation Lent 2026 with Fr. Chad. Relational Prayer – Do you want to hear and recognize the voice of God? Have you ever wondered how some people claim to hear God speak to them? Don’t miss it!

- March 2 & 3: Monday and Tuesday: Attend the St. Gabriel Parish Lenten Mission with special guest Dr. Mary Ruth Hackett at 6:30pm in the parish hall. RSVP at the link provided.
- March 6 & 9 (Fri./Mon.): No school. Teachers in-service meeting on Friday.
- March 7, Saturday: Get your running shoes ready for the 17th Annual Nun Run hosted by the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration. This fundraiser supports the wonderful sisters in their mission. Don’t miss it! Click the link to learn more about them and to register.
- March 14, Saturday: ACS Monte Carlo Gala de Joie at Grayhawk Golf Club. Book your sitter now and get your tickets to this fantastic evening of fun!
- March 27, Friday: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
- March 28, Saturday: The Annual Daddy & Daughter Dance. 6:30 – 8:30pm, ACS Outdoor Pavilion. Invitations will be sent in mid-February.
- April 2: Thursday: Field Day and early dismissal! Details to follow!
- April 3, April 6-10: Easter Break, no school.
- April 24-26: The ACS School Musical “The Lion King Jr” will be performed Friday evening, Saturday afternoon and evening and Sunday matinee. Tickets will go on sale soon!

Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
