What’s Happening?  

• January 16, Friday: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare.
• January 17, Saturday:  Car Show from 7:30am – 9am in St. Gabriel parking lot.
• January 19, Monday: No School, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
• January 25, Catholic Schools Week Open House, 10:30am Mass followed with Free Throw Contest and lunch in the Pavillon.  More details to follow.
• January 26, Monday: Community prayer at 2:20pm.
• January 28, Wednesday: School Mass with Bishop Olmsted! 8:15am
• January 30, Friday: 8th grade vs Staff Volleyball Match!

Opt out enrollment for 2026-2027: For those not planning to enroll their students next year, the opt out enrollment period is January 16-30. Please email the office (office@acsphx.org) by January 30 if your student will not be attending next year. If you plan to have your students attend, no action is necessary. The annual enrollment fee of $100 per student will be charged to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account in your March billing.

ACS Family Night with the Phoenix Suns! Make plans to join us for ACS Night at the Phoenix Suns game on Friday, January 30, @ 7pm. CLICK FOR TICKETS! Celebrate the conclusion of Catholic Schools Week with exciting Phoenix Suns basketball! Limited, discounted tickets will be available for purchase in the coming weeks, watch for further email updates. After School Clubs: Check out all of our current after school extra-curricular clubs being offered this fall including Garden Club, Art Angels, Chess Club, cooking club, STEM club, Soccer Shots, and Tippie Toes dance!

New club beginning in January! Crazy Cool Science Club is coming to ACS for K-5 students and will meet on Mondays from 3:15-4:15pm.  Runs from Jan. 12 – May 11, 2026. $250 per student .Register today!

WE NEED YOU!

Safe Environment Training:  To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET).  Please go to CMGConnect.  Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.

Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
