Sunday, Jan. 25 – Friday, Jan. 30: Catholic Schools Week 2026. We have lots of fun events planned for our students!
- January 25, Sunday: Family Mass at 10:30am followed by Open House.
- Knights of Columbus Free Throw Contest! For kids ages 9-14. Advanced signup required so click the link to learn more!
- St. Gabriel Blood Drive- Because of you Life doesn’t stop! From 8am – 12pm. To register visit vitalant.org blood drive code is Gabriel.
- Open House – come visit our school and meet our teachers!
- Free Pizza Lunch!
- January 26, Monday: Community prayer at 2:20pm.
- January 30, Friday: 8th grade vs Staff Volleyball Match!


- January 28, Wednesday: Our Lady of Joy preschool open house from 9:30-1:30am
- January 30, Friday: ACS Family Night with the Phoenix Suns! ACS Night at the Phoenix Suns game on Friday, January 30, @ 7pm.
Opt-out of Enrollment for 2026-2027: For those not planning to enroll their students next year, the opt out enrollment period is January 16-30. Please email the office (office@acsphx.org) by January 30 if your student will not be attending next year. If you plan to have your students attend, no action is necessary. The annual enrollment fee of $100 per student will be charged to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account in your March billing.

February 6, Friday: School Rosary. Luminous mysteries led by the 3rd grade.
February 13 & 16, Friday and Monday: No school, Presidents Weekend!
February 18: Ash Wednesday. Ashes distributed at 8:15am Mass.
February 20, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. First Friday of Lent.
March 14, Saturday: Save the date for Annunciation Catholic School Gala de la Joie at Grayhawk Golf Club!

WE NEED YOU!
Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
To fulfill your service agreement please visit our Volunteer Info webpage to learn how to start/renew your Volunteer Certification and learn how to download the MobileServe App to volunteer and to record your service hours.
