- November 17 & 18, Monday & Tuesday: School Musical Auditions for the Lion King Jr. Signup for a spot
- November 19, Wednesday: Catholic Identity Committee meeting at 9:15am.
- November 21, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
- November 23: Sunday: No ACS Family Mass! It has been rescheduled for December 7

- November 27, 28, 29: Wednesday – Friday: No School Thanksgiving Break. Classes resume on Monday, December 1.
- Nov. 30 – Dec. 5: ACS Christmas Market in the parish hall. More information to follow!
- December 5, Friday: ACS Spelling Bee at 1pm in the parish hall. Grades 4-8 will attend.
- December 7, Sunday: ACS Family Mass at 10:30am followed by Faith and Family Hour in the parish hall. Childcare in the school for ages K-8.
- December 17, Wednesday: Catholic Identity Meeting open to all parents. Starts at 9:15am in the parish admin 2nd floor Padre Pio room.
December 18, Thursday: Annunciation All School Christmas Concert “Tidings of Comfort and Joy” at 6:30pm in the church. Students must arrive by 6:10pm. Student attire is guys in ties, girls in their holiday best! Please note: There will be no aftercare on Thursday, December 18. All students must be picked up at normal dismissal time.
- December 19, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare.
- December 22 – January 3: Christmas break! Classes resume January 4, 2026.
After School Clubs: Check out all of our current after school extra-curricular clubs being offered this fall including Garden Club, Art Angels, Chess Club, cooking club, STEM club, Soccer Shots, and Tippie Toes dance!
New club beginning in January! Crazy Cool Science Club is coming to ACS for K-5 students and will meet on Mondays from 3:15-4:15pm. The session runs from Jan. 12 – May 11, 2026, and the cost is $250 per student. Register today!

WE NEED YOU!
Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
