- Wednesday: September 17: No Mass.
- Friday, September 19: ACS Color Fun Run starts at 10:30AM. Early Dismissal at noon. No backpacks or snacks needed. Please send your student with a water bottle.
Coming up!
- September 21, Sunday: ACS Family Mass at 10:30AM followed by Family Faith Formation for parents only in the parish hall. Child care for K-8 is provided in the school, including snacks and games.
- September 24, Wednesday: Catholic Identity Committee meeting at 9:15am
- September 24, Wednesday: Volleyball Catholic Schools Night – Xavier Prep vs. Notre Dame Prep. at Xavier Winsor Activity Center.
- September 27, Saturday: Oktoberfest at Harrold’s Cave Creek Corral 6-10PM
- September 29, Monday: Community prayer at 2:20pm led by 7th grade.
- October 2, Thursday: Noon dismissal, K-8 parent teacher conferences. Signup’s will be sent out by your homeroom teacher.
- October 3, Friday: No school, K-8 Conferences.
- October 10 & 13, Fri. & Mon.: No School. Friday Educator Day meetings for teachers, Monday, Columbus Day.
After School Clubs: Check out all of our current after school extra-curricular clubs being offered this fall including Garden Club, Art Angels, Chess Club, cooking club, STEM club, and dance!

Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.

- Help Needed – Volunteers for lunch duty needed for the month of August and September. Lunch duty opportunities are available at MobileServe. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer and meet other parents.
