What’s Happening?
- Monday, August 25: Community Prayer in the parish hall at 2:20PM. All are welcome to attend!
- Wednesday, August 27: Catholic Identity Committee kick off meeting at 9:15am 2nd floor admin building. Parents are invited to attend. This important group supports our school’s Catholic identity in the classroom and the community. Come and learn more!
- Wednesday, August 27: Student registration for the Color Fun Run fundraiser opens!
- Friday, August 29: Early dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Please send your student with a water bottle and snack.
Coming up!
- Monday, September 1: No school, Labor Day!
- Monday, September 5: All school Rosary at 2:20pm in the church. The Luminous Mysteries led by the 7th grade.
- Wednesday, September 10: Student and Class Picture Day with Dorian Studios beginning after morning Mass. All students must be in full school uniform. K-7 blue school polos only. All 8th graders in light blue school polos. All girls wearing plaid jumpers must wear the white peter pan collared blouse. Boys, please remember your belts. Picture order info will be coming soon!
- Friday, September 19: ACS Color Fun Run starts at 10:30AM in the north parking lot. Early Dismissal at noon.
After School Clubs: Check out all of our current after school extra-curricular clubs being offered this fall including Garden Club, Art Angels, Chess Club, cooking club, STEM club, and dance!

Student Service Club: Calling all students in grades 5-8! You are eligible for our Young Vincentians service club – Vibrant Vinnies. You are never too young to serve the Lord, and your community in need! Be part of something bigger than yourself. Give of your time and talents. Be the hands and feet of Jesus!

Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
