What’s Happening?  

April 14 – 21 Easter Break: No School. Classes resume April 22. 

April 15, Tuesday: 

• Deadline to apply for round 1 scholarship funding from Catholic Education Arizona (CEA): To apply online visit fairapp.com.  Once you are logged in, use school code 700 and the password cea700.  Awards will be announced in June.
• The application for tuition scholarships from Arizona Leadership Foundation begins on April 15. Deadline to apply is June 18.  Visit https://arizonaleader.org/applications/

ESA Info! If you have never applied to the AZ Empowerment program before and would like to, the 2025-2026 ESA application is now available! Visit AZED.gov/ESA

If you currently receive ESA funds, you will receive a renewal email from the AZ Dept of Education in the coming weeks. You must sign that contract and return to be eligible for 2025-2026.  

April 22, Tuesday: 

• Classes resume!
• Community Prayer at 2:20pm in the parish hall. (This is a change of date. It was previously scheduled on April 29.)

Coming up!

April 26, Saturday: Gala d’Amore at the Grayhawk Golf Club tickets on sale now! This is the second and final major fundraiser of the school year. We hope all of our school parents will attend this important event which takes place on Saturday, April 26, starting at 4:30pm with cocktail hour. Invite your friends for a fabulous evening! This is an adult only event. 

April 27, Sunday, 8:30 Mass: ACS Family Mass. Students who attend in uniform will have free dress on Monday, April 28.

April 27, Sunday, 1pm: Blessing of the Holy Family Garden and AHG Stars and Stripes Ceremony.  All are welcome.

April 30, Wednesday: ACS Spring Concert. Begins 6:30pm in the parish Hall. Students arrive by 6:10pm. All students perform! Guys in ties, girls in their Sunday best! 

April 30, Wednesday: No School Mass this day. 

May 2, Friday: School Mass and May Crowning starting at 8:15am.

Plan ahead for summer! Check out the Summer Camps and Programs that will be offered on campus in June and July.

Important dates for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR (2025-2026)

• Aug. 4 – Open House and New Family Orientation
• Aug. 6 – First day for students
• Apr. 13-24, 2026 –  ITBS Testing for grades 2-8
• May 22 – Last day for students

Volunteer Opportunities – Don’t forget your service hour requirement! 

• Help Needed – Volunteers for lunch duty needed. Visit MobileServe to sign up and enter your service hours. Your help is needed so please come when you can. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student!  
• Safe Environment Training required for all volunteers:  Please visit our Volunteer Info webpage to learn how to start/renew your Volunteer Certification and learn how to download the MobileServe App to volunteer and to record your service hours.
