Calling all Moms! Be part of a book study for all women of the school (parents and staff/faculty) and parish presented by Mrs. Jennie Cullen, ACS Middle School religion teacher. Sunday, Feb. 23: All School Mass at 10:30am (this is a time change). Students in uniform please.
Tuesday, Feb. 25: Community Prayer at 2:20pm in the parish hall led by our 3rd grade class. Parents are welcome to attend.
Friday, February 28: ACS Family Night with the Phoenix Suns: Tickets for our ACS Night at the Phoenix Suns game on Friday, February 28 @ 7pm. are now available for purchase! Join us to watch the Suns square off against the New Orleans Pelicans. Tickets include exclusive access to pregame warm-ups courtside. See the attached flyer for all event details. Saturday, March 1: The Poor Clare Desert Nuns invite you to participate in the 16th Annual Nun Run in Tempe. They are offering a 10K, 5K Run/Walk, and a 1-mile walk. Registration is $40 for adults (early-bird by February 16th). Registration for children 18 and under is $15 before race day. Wednesday, March 5: Ash Wednesday service at 8:15am. All may attend!
Friday, March 7: No School, Educator Day meetings.
Monday, March 10: No School.
Friday, March 21: Early Dismissal at 12pm. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
Friday – Sunday, March 21 -23: The Wizard of Oz school musical event! Tickets go on sale soon!
Saturday, March 29: Annual Daddy & Daughter Dance 6:30 – 8:30pm, ACS Outdoor Pavilion. Invitations will be sent the week of February 17.
March 31-April 11 ITBS TESTING FOR GRADES 2-8. Between 8:15am – 12pm. Please plan any doctor appointments outside of testing time. Students should get a good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast!
April 14 – 21 Easter Break: No School. Classes resume April 22. PLEASE NOTE –This is a change from year’s past. This year we have the week BEFORE Easter off, NOT THE WEEK AFTER.
