Lunch duty help is needed. Mobileserve is not currently updated for October Lunch but help is always needed, so if you have time, please come help out.
What’s Happening?
Monday, Oct. 7: Come join us for our first ever Garden Party in the campus garden at 5:30pm located behind the Youth Center. Adults only please. There will be hors d’ oeuvres, wine, and lemonade. Please RSVP by Sept. 30. Take a peek at the new map of our garden!
Thursday, Oct. 10: Noon Dismissal. Staff development meeting.
Saturday, Oct. 12: Oktoberfest Charity event at Harold’s Cave Creek Corral. 6 – 11pm. $35 per ticket which includes German buffet, music and beer on tap. Click the link above and scan the QR code to purchase your tickets so proceeds benefit our school! This is an adult only event. Invite your friends and family to join the fun!
Friday, Monday, Oct. 11 & 14: No School. Educator’s Day for teachers at the diocese and Columbus Day, respectively.
Coming up!
Friday, Oct. 18: Rosary at 2:20pm in the church. The 6th grade will lead the Sorrowful Mysteries.
Saturday, Oct. 26: Trunk or Treat. Details coming soon.
Sunday, Oct. 27: All school Mass at 10:30am at St. Gabriel’s. Students in full uniform please. We hope to see everyone there!
Sunday, October 27: Join Bishop Dolan and thousands of Catholics at the ARIZONA ROSARY CELEBRATION on Sunday, October 27, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. at Phoenix Convention Center, South Building, 33 S. 3rd St., Phoenix AZ 85004. Doors open at noon for adoration, confession, and exhibits. Let’s pray the Rosary, Arizona!
Aftercare
Aftercare is available each full school day(not on half days) until 5:30pm The cost is $10 per day per student. Students must be picked up by 5:30pm or you will be charged a late fee of $25. See our website for Extended Care information.
WE NEED YOU!
Safe Environment Training: To volunteer on campus or ACS events, each volunteer must complete the Safe Environment Training (SET). Please go to CMGConnect. Complete the training, Foundation Online for new volunteers and Renewal for Lay People for returning volunteers.
Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.
To fulfill your service agreement please visit our Volunteer Info webpage to learn how to start/renew your Volunteer Certification and learn how to download the MobileServe App to volunteer and to record your service hours.
