Here are your Friday updates for today, August 9, 2024…
What’s Happening?
August 14, Wednesday: K-5 Curriculum Night, please have at least one parent in attendance. 6:30 p.m. in the classrooms.
August 15,Thursday: School Mass at 8:15am. Holy Day of Obligation celebrating the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Parents please join us!
August 17, Saturday: Back to School BBQ after the all school 4:3pm Mass at St. Gabriel’s. All school families and staff are invited.Visit Annunciation Back 2 School Bash to RSVP Don’t miss the fun!
August 21, Wednesday: Middle School Curriculum Night, please have at least one parent in attendance. 6:30 p.m. in the parish hall.
August 30, Friday: Early Dismissal at 12 p.m. No lunch, no aftercare. Staff meetings.
September 2, Monday: Labor Day, no school.

September 20, Friday: Our first fundraiser “Castle Quest Aqua Run”…more info to come via Flocknotes!

September 26 & 27, Thursday & Friday: No School. Parent Teacher conferences. More info to come regarding conference scheduling.
October 2, Wednesday: Student picture day with Dorian Studios. All students in blue school polos. All girls wearing the plaid jumper must wear the white peter pan blouse. 8th graders in light blue polos please. Order info will be sent out in September.
Aftercare
Aftercare is available each full school day (not on half days) until 5:30pm. $10 per day per child. Students must be picked up by 5:30 or you will be charged a late fee of $25. See our website for Extended Care information.

Volunteerism is the backbone of our school community. We need your help especially for lunch/recess, field trips, and school events.

- Help Needed – Volunteers for lunch duty needed for the month of August.. Lunch duty opportunities are available at MobileServe. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student! Plus, we need your help!
