Here are the updates for the week ending on Friday, May 3, 2024…
What’s Happening?
May 5, Sunday: ACS Spring piano recital 11:45 am in the Parish Hall. All are welcome.
May 7, Tuesday: Entrepreneurial Club will have an end of year club meeting at lunch time in the parish hall. We will have an award ceremony and encourage all club members to attend.
May 8, Wednesday: The ACS Spring Concert takes place at 6:30pm in the parish hall. Students should arrive by 6:15pm. Student attire is guys in ties and girls in their Sunday best! The Grand Showcase of Art will be displayed in the entrance of the Hall.
Open to purchase: 8th Grade graduation pictures: Dorian Photographers will be on campus on May 17 at 11am for individual portraits. They will also be taking photos during the graduation ceremony.
May 10, Friday: Monthly Rosary led by kinder with their 8th grade buddies. Held in the church at 2:20pm. All are welcome.
Coming Up
May 15: Wednesday: 8th grade luncheon in the parish hall for 8th grade students and the middle school staff.
May 17, Friday: 8th grade graduation. 1pm Mass and graduation ceremony. Reception immediately following in the parish hall for the 8th grade class and family. Dorian Photography will be on campus to take individual portraits of graduates. Please arrive around 11:30 am in the parish hall. See link above to pre-order.
May 21, Tuesday: Community prayer led by new Student Council officers and held in the parish hall at 2:20pm.
May 22, Wednesday: Kindergarten Promotion for the ACS Class of 2032 at 1:45pm in the parish hall. Reception following immediately afterwards. Invitation will be sent out separately. 8th grade buddies are welcome to attend!
May 23, Thursday: Last day of school! End of year awards ceremony at 11 am. Noon dismissal.

Camp Turn Up Natco.productions Turn Up Academy June 3-14 9am – 3pm Grades K-8 Act, Sing, Dance, Games, Crafts, Theatre 101.
Saints Camp at St. Gabriel’s June 24-28 (M-F) for students entering grades K-6 in the 2024-2025 school year. Cost $50 per child, family max of $150. Register for Camp today!

Volunteer Opportunities
ACS Volunteers: We appreciate all of our ACS volunteers.
- If you have not completed your Volunteer certification, please visit our Volunteer Service web page for complete information. This must be completed before you can volunteer.
- Download the Mobileserve App! Signup for volunteer opportunities and is used to track all volunteer hours. Parents, please create an account. Instructions are attached. With your account, you’ll be able to view and sign up for events at the school.
- URGENT: We need volunteers for lunch duty May 6 – 10. Lunch duty opportunities are available at Mobile Serve. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student! Plus, we need your help!
