What’s Happening?
February 9, Friday: Monthly Rosary, Luminous led by 3rd grade. Held in the church at 2:20pm. All are welcome.
February 11, Sunday: Mother Daughter Galentine’s Tea following the 10:30 am Mass in the Parish Hall. Keep an eye out for more information and the link to purchase tickets and volunteer opportunities.
February 13, Tuesday: Scholarship coaching with Arizona Tuition Connection. New families are encouraged to attend. Tobias room (2nd floor) in the adult faith formation building (D) at 2pm.
February 16, 19, Fri & Mon: No school. Presidential weekend.

February 21, Wednesday: February Family dine out at Barros 30845 N. Cave Creek Rd Cave Creek from 3pm – 10pm. Take the family out for dinner (dine in or take out) while supporting ACS! Percentage of sales will be donated back to ACS.
February 23, Friday: 8th Grade Free dress for $1 to help support the 8th grade end of year field trip to Flagstaff. Upcoming free dress dates (Friday): March 15, April 19.
February 27, Tuesday: Community prayer led by 3rd grade. Fruit of the Spirit is Love. Held in the Parish Hall at 2:20pm. All are welcome.
March 8, Friday: Spring In-Service for staff. No school for students.
March 15-17, Friday – Sunday: Frozen Jr. the musical performed by the ACS students. Ticket sales for Frozen Jr link for VIP and general ticket sales. Support the performing arts at ACS!
March 18, 19, 20, Mon – Wed: Parish Lenten Mission. Dr. Paul Thigpen presents The Last Things Death, Judgement & Heaven (Monday), Purgatory & Hell (Tuesday), The End of the World (Wednesday) No cost. RSVP The Last Thing In the Parish Hall 6:30pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
March 23, Saturday: Annual Daddy & Daughter Dance 6:30 – 8:30pm, ACS Outdoor Pavilion. Save the date! Invitation to follow in the coming weeks.
Extra Curricular News
Jan 17 – Mar 4 Spring session for Strong Minds Run Club is open for students in Kindergarten – 5th grade. This club includes running drills, games and teaches character strength and empowerment principles! Students will do lots of running, have FUN in the fresh air, and practice invaluable life lessons. ACS Volunteers: We appreciate all of our ACS volunteers.
- If you have not completed your Volunteer certification, please visit our Volunteer Service web page for complete information. This must be completed before you can volunteer.
- Download the Mobileserve App! Signup for volunteer opportunities and is used to track all volunteer hours. Parents, please create an account. Instructions are attached. With your account, you’ll be able to view and sign up for events at the school.
- URGENT: We need volunteers for lunch duty Feb 5-9. Lunch duty opportunities are available at Mobile Serve. Lunchtime is an easy way to volunteer, meet new friends and see your student! Plus, we need your help!
